Just as dinner number 2 was considerably better than dinner number 1, so was breakfast number 2 over breakfast number 1. There was a piece of cooked salmon instead of the roe-filled, fleshless, fishy fish of yesterday, and a lovely warm egg dish with vegetables in it. Our hot pot was soft tofu dipped into a savoury sauce. and of course, coffee and marshmallows with a fine view!
