The last thing I was expecting when wandering about after
Jennifer Louise in Japanese historical splendour is a greatest hits of supercars
that looked like they had just appeared from the best pack of Top Trumps cards.
They were nonchalantly parked in the grounds of a 16th Century castle
in Kyoto. There were hardly any visitors to the car show so I could get up
close and personal with these glorious beasts of automobilia that represented
the glory years of Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Bugatti, Lagonda, Lamborghini, Lancia
and Maserati. Be still my inner 12 year old’s beating heart.
